How to configure customer support requests in WHM

This article describes how to use WebHost Manager to configure how customer support requests are handled.

Configuring customer support requests

You can use WebHost Manager specify how customers should contact you with support requests. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. On the WebHost Manager home screen, click cPanel, and then click Customization.
  2. Click the Public Contact tab.
  3. In the Public Company Name text box, type the name of your company.
  4. In the Public Contact URL text box, type the URL for your company site.
  5. Click Save.
